Logging into OneDrive if the device does not automatically

To check that OneDrive is working properly please check in the bottom right of your screen that there is the blue OneDrive “cloud” and it has no symbols or colour changes. If it looks like the picture below that means your OneDrive is working correctly.

If the cloud is not clearly visible on the bottom right of you screen, please check inside the “show hidden icons arrow” left of the OneDrive cloud.

Next, a box will appear asking you to enter your email address associated with your OneDrive account and click "Sign in".

On the next page, enter your password. If you previously set up two-factor authentication for your Microsoft account, you might need to enter an extra code sent to your phone or email, too.

Follow the instructions to choose your OneDrive folder. If you were previously signed into OneDrive on this PC, you will have an existing OneDrive folder. Please click "Use this folder" instead.

There will be a message displaying to “Let your organisation manage this device”. Please press continue. An error may display but this is fine as the device will be enrolled.

You are then signed into OneDrive and you should be able to see your OneDrive folder inside of your file explorer as shown below.
