Making a Call

To make voice or video calls on Teams, open the Teams app and select the 'Calls' button from the left-hand side.

Your phone number is displayed just below the keypad.

You can use the keypad to dial a number, or you can type a person's name into the field above. Teams will offer suggestions of people as you start typing their name.

You can also search for the name of a department.

Receiving a Call

When someone calls you, a pop-up window will appear on your screen -- usually in the bottom-right corner.

Click the phone icon (on the left) to answer the call.
